Maintenance

More of a graphic style today (or Photoshop 101 as professionals may call it!)

I'm trying to take my vitamins to give my immune system the best chance of fighting any nasty virus that may come my way. I took a photo on my phone (I'm lazy and my phone camera is pretty good) of this green bottle. But the outcome was not as stylised as I had hoped for despite capturing the sun from behind the transparent bottle.

So I Warholed it. Why not?!

Flowers 2017

These tulips reminded me of Warhol's 'flowers', so I upped the contrast and saturation a little as a nod to the series of prints.

If you've seen yesterday's photo you may spot a theme! This is Photoshop 101, but as I am currently teaching myself how to use it, I like to experiment and play! 
I love playing with colour and although this shot is not perfectly aligned and very rustic, there's something of interest in the juxtaposition of the crumbs on the tabletop and the clinical nature of mass-produced packaging. This could be a theme I'd like to play with more in the future.
